Getting the facts right matters more to us than being first. When we get something wrong, we want to know, and we fix it openly.
How to report an error
Email contact@talkwithtech.com with:
- the link to the article;
- what you believe is wrong;
- a link or reference that shows the correct information, if you have one.
We review every request, usually within two working days.
What we do
- Factual errors such as a wrong name, number, price, date or claim are corrected in the article, and a correction note is added explaining what changed.
- Developing stories receive a time-stamped update when new facts emerge, so readers can see how the story changed.
- Serious errors that undermine the whole article lead to a full rewrite with a prominent note, or to the article being removed with an explanation.
- Small fixes such as spelling, grammar or formatting are corrected without a note.
