Editorial policy

Our aim is simple: accurate tech news, explained clearly, that respects your time.

Sources

We follow established news organizations, official statements from companies and governments, published research, and public posts from verified accounts and channels, and we check stories against more than one of them. We do not publish rumors as facts. When something is unconfirmed, we say so.

Writing in our own words

We never copy other publications. Each story is written fresh in our own words, with added background and a plain-English explanation of why it matters. When we quote someone, we say who said it.

Tools we use

We use software to monitor many news sources at once and to help prepare drafts quickly. Stories are checked against their sources, and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them.

Corrections

If we make an error, we fix it and update the article. Send corrections through our contact page.

Independence

No company pays us to cover it. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, it will be clearly labelled.
