Quick read · 1 min

Xbox Game Pass has seven games confirmed for November 2026, landing between November 2 and 11. Gravhounds starts things off, followed by Pit of Goblin, the full release of Void/Breaker, Escape Academy 2, Football Manager 27, Warhammer Survivors and Thronefall.

Nearly all of them are for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members, and none are coming to Xbox One. Premium members get far less, and reports disagree on which single game reaches that tier.

  • Football Manager 27 arrives November 10, on PC and as a console edition.
  • More games leave the service on November 15; names are still to come.
  • Cloud streaming gets monthly limits: 15 hours on Ultimate, 10 on Premium, 5 on Essential.

If you mostly stream your games, watch the new hour limits. Microsoft says it will share prices for extra hours during November.

Xbox Game Pass November 2026 opens with a co-op shooter starring dogs and closes its first stretch with a kingdom-defense game, and seven new games land in just ten days. The catch is that none of them will run on an Xbox One, and the same month brings the first monthly caps on cloud streaming.

If you pay for Game Pass, this is the month to check two things: which tier you’re on, and how you play. A Series X/S or PC owner gets a busy first half of November. Someone who streams games to a phone, a TV app or an old Xbox One could run into the new hour limits before the month is out.

Xbox Game Pass November 2026: every confirmed date

Here is every Game Pass addition confirmed for November so far, in date order. Microsoft usually confirms more games in waves through the month, so expect this list to grow.

  • November 2: Gravhounds. A co-op action game for up to four players where you play as dogs who land on hostile planets, gather materials, build a base and fight off alien creatures before trying to escape. It arrives as a Game Preview (early access) release, so it is still being built.
  • November 3: Pit of Goblin. A co-op horror game that leaves early access on the same day it joins Game Pass, which makes it a true day-one addition.
  • November 4: Void/Breaker. The finished 1.0 version of this shooter arrives after its early access run.
  • November 5: Escape Academy 2. The puzzle sequel, subtitled Back 2 School, moves the escape-room formula into an open world and keeps local co-op.
  • November 10: Football Manager 27. The club-management series returns on PC, with a separate console edition for Series X/S.
  • November 10: Warhammer Survivors. A bullet-heaven action game (you survive huge waves of enemies while your attacks fire on their own) that mixes two Warhammer settings.
  • November 11: Thronefall. A pared-back strategy game: you build up a small kingdom by day and defend it at night.

Two more names show up on some lists. Tanuki: Pon’s Summer is listed for November 10 and Hope in the City for November 11 on one German Game Pass tracker, while the other lineups don’t include them yet. Treat those two as likely but not locked in.

Which tier gets which games, and why Xbox One is left out

Almost everything above is for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, the two top plans. On PC, Football Manager 27 can be played through the Xbox PC app, Steam or the Epic Games Store if you have a qualifying subscription.

Premium, the middle console tier, gets far less. Here the reports disagree: one lineup marks Thronefall as coming to Premium as well, while another says Pit of Goblin is the Premium game this month. If you’re on Premium, check the game’s store page on the day it lands before you plan around it. Essential, the cheapest plan, isn’t listed for any of the seven.

The bigger signal is the hardware list. Every confirmed November game targets Series X/S, PC and, for most of them, cloud play. Not one is coming to Xbox One as a native download. That is the clearest sign yet that new Game Pass games are being built for current hardware and streaming only, and that the last-generation console is now, for new releases, a streaming box at best. Xbox One owners can still stream eligible Series X/S games through the cloud.

The bigger November change: cloud gaming gets an hour limit

Starting in November, Game Pass members no longer get unlimited cloud streaming. Microsoft’s announcement gives each plan a monthly allowance:

  • Ultimate: 15 hours of cloud gaming a month
  • Premium: 10 hours a month
  • Essential: 5 hours a month

Run out and you’ll be able to buy more time in the Xbox Store. Microsoft hasn’t said what extra hours will cost, which bundles will exist or which countries get them. It has promised those details, along with a way to see how much time you have left and a list of eligible games, during November.

Microsoft expects about 4% of subscribers to hit the new caps, and it says most members stream too little to notice. Its reasoning is simple: the service gets more expensive to run as more people stream for longer. Downloading and playing games locally isn’t affected.

There’s also something new for people without Game Pass. From November you’ll be able to buy cloud playtime on its own and stream eligible games you already own, without a monthly subscription.

What’s leaving Game Pass in November

Additions come with removals. A batch of games already left the service on October 31, and the next group is due to go on November 15. Microsoft hasn’t named those games yet, so nobody outside the company knows which ones are going.

The practical tip: if you’re partway through a long game you only play through Game Pass, try to finish it in the first half of the month or check its store page for a leaving notice. Once a game drops out of the catalog you need to buy it to keep playing.

05

What this means for your Game Pass this month

For most players, November is a good month to stay subscribed. The schedule is front-loaded with co-op games, so if you play with friends, Gravhounds, Pit of Goblin and Escape Academy 2 cover three very different moods in the first week.

Football Manager 27 is the one many people will pay for Game Pass for on its own. If that’s you, note the split: the PC version arrives through the PC app and other stores, and the console edition is a separate release for Series X/S.

Cloud players should plan a little. Fifteen hours on Ultimate is roughly half an hour a day. If you stream most of your gaming to a phone, TV or Xbox One, keep an eye on the remaining-time tracker once Microsoft switches it on, and save cloud hours for games you can’t download.

The big day-one names of 2026, such as Forza Horizon 6 and Gears of War: E-Day, show Microsoft still puts its own games on the service at launch. The Fable reboot is set to follow as a day-one title in 2027, so the value case for Ultimate isn’t going away, even with the new limits.
